Meet the owner
Joe Dorsey, behind the camera and the plan.
Joe has been producing video in Central Florida since 2001. A graduate of the University of Central Florida’s School of Communications, he started his career in television news, where you learn quickly to find the story, work to the clock and stay ready when the plan changes.
Today, Joe leads Checkbox Media’s convention and event work. He works directly with organizers, exhibitors and marketing teams to shape the shot list, keep production moving and get useful footage or edits into the right hands while the event is still underway.
His approach is practical: understand what the team needs, make the video side easy, and be good company on a long show day.
