Checkbox Media provides local video coverage for conventions, meetings and corporate events at Rosen Centre Hotel on International Drive.
We can capture general sessions, stage activity, speaker interviews, sponsor placements, ballroom details and guest reactions. The plan is built around your run of show and review deadline.
Rosen Centre connects to the Orange County Convention Center’s West Building by a covered skywalk. Its large ballrooms, meeting rooms and registration areas can support different parts of one event, so include room names and transition times in your brief.
Venue layouts and access rules can change. Confirm production requirements with your event organizer or venue contact.
For a one-day program, we can prioritize interviews and a tight recap. For a multi-day conference, we can cover sessions and exhibitors while preparing selected clips for social channels.
Venue, event date, schedule, coverage priorities and deadline. That is enough to start a practical production conversation.
Tell us the exact room, hall, booth or meeting area and how the crew should check in.
Share the moments, interviews and deliverables that matter most to your team.
Tell us if you need raw video, finished edits or selected social clips during the event.
